![]() When 3 is easy to do for the whole session and there are very few mistakes (I'd arbitrarily say less than one mistake for every 5 to 6 sets of 3 jumps) you should now do sets of 4 jumps. This helps you develop a subconscious feel for how to consistently start, continue, and stop INTENTIONALLY. Don't necessarily try to get as many as you can every time, just focus on like 3 consecutive jumps and then intentionally stop, then restart. There may not be a true "best way" to get started but I am a big fan of intentional jump counts. I always have people do a 3-5 minute time at first, and that does include the time spent on resetting when the rope gets caught up. That may be a bit too much, but there is literally only one way to find out. So your solution is to lower property tax collections through abatement and that somehow will solve the pension problem? As was said though, the city doesn't have a tax base problem? >The city has a $650m underfunded pension problem that is growing quickly. Then property owners need to pay their full property taxes, not get 5-10 year abatements. >My agenda is to make city of STL stronger. >This same person declared the city of STL doesn't have a tax base problem which is obviously false that it is laughable. In essence, adding more water to the sinking boat will not help fix the holes in the bottom. Adding more population while reducing the dollar amount collected in taxes to support that additional population has an adverse effect on city services that likely have already been cut to the bone due to the declining tax base. Louis is built for well over 1million residents and it has to upkeep a lot of infrastructure as if it were because the residents are spread out over the entirity of the city. If services are strained it means an increase in populationįalse.
